By accessing or using the a03 platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all services, products, content, and activities on a03.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the a03 platform. National ID or equivalent government-issued ID may be required for age verification. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
These terms are created in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
To open an account on a03, accurate and truthful information must be provided. Accounts created with false or incorrect information may be closed at any time. Each person is allowed only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.
Users are responsible for keeping their account passwords and login details confidential. Do not allow others access to your account. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity immediately to [email protected].
Withdrawals may be limited until identity verification (National ID or passport) is completed. a03 may request additional verification details at any time.
Users must use the platform lawfully from their own accounts. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Any detected suspicious activity may lead to immediate suspension or closure of the related a03 account and legal action where applicable.
All transactions on a03 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit amount is ৳20. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals.
Deposits are usually processed instantly. Withdrawal times vary by payment method — with bKash and Nagad typically completing within minutes to a few hours, while bank transfers may take longer.
If any transaction fails during payment, the deposited funds will be automatically returned to the original source. Any suspicious transactions may be temporarily blocked for security purposes. a03 complies with Bangladesh’s financial regulations to prevent money laundering.
Games and betting on the a03 platform are for entertainment purposes only. Users bear all risk of winning or losing. a03 accepts limited liability for any financial losses caused by technical errors or unintentional issues on the platform.
A03 may suspend or close accounts for the following reasons:
If there is a balance remaining before account closure, it will be refunded after verification. However, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to Terms violations.
All content on the a03 platform — including logos, design, software, game interfaces, and text — is the intellectual property of a03. Copying, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.
The a03 platform uses services from third-party game providers and payment processors. These third parties may have their own Terms and Privacy Policies, for which a03 is not directly responsible. We recommend reviewing their policies before using their services.
A03 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Notifications will be posted on the platform before changes take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute or claim should be first addressed directly with a03. If unresolved, it will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
